Oliveira da Serra BIO is produced using certified organic farming methods at Herdade do Marmelo, in the Alentejo region, and arrives at the table with all the authenticity of those who care for the land to harvest its best.

The aroma is characterized by medium-intensity green fruitiness, with hints of green olive, olive leaf, and freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is expressive and direct, with notes of green almond and fresh leaves, finishing with a pleasant background of dried fruit. Bitterness and spiciness are present with medium intensity, balanced and well integrated.

Versatile for everyday use – perfect for seasoning salads, red meats, and more seasoned dishes, or simply to enjoy cold with good bread. Maximum acidity of 0.5%.
